The EV will include a standard charging cable compatible with power sockets in your region. Fast chargers can be requested.
After order confirmation, we complete quality control, shipping arrangements, customs clearance and provide delivery tracking.
We accept bank wire Transfer (TT) and Letter of Credit (LC) for purchases. Our standard terms are 30% downpayment, with 70% due prior to vehicle shipment. Full payment must be completed before delivery.
We accept USD, EUR, and RMB payments on invoices. Bank exchange rates on the invoice date will apply.

After you complete your EV purchase and we process the order, we will give you a tracking number, you can check it yourself or ask our team track for you.
The tracking site refreshes every 24 hours at minimum. For some shipping legs, real-time tracking is available to pinpoint the location. Rest assured we are monitoring movement closely.
It takes 4-8 weeks on average from China to major ports. Inland delivery may take longer.
